High Density Storage is optimum for automotive workshops
High density storage cabinets are designed to eliminate wasted space by using configurable drawers and compartments to provide storage for a large volume of items in a small footprint, maximising the available space. The cabinets can be integrated and connected to create a complete storage system.
The high density storage cabinets are manufactured in Australia, using a robust steel frame and single-piece construction industrial strength drawer. There is an integrated true anti-tilt system on all drawers, along with latches that can be fitted to avoid drawers opening when the cabinet is unlocked during transit or on castors. In addition, there is a central rear locking system to lock all drawers, offering excellent security. There is a flush aluminium extruded handle running the entire width of the drawer, which is unobtrusive and incorporates a drawer labelling groove.
High density storage cabinets are available in various heights widths and depths ranging:
- Heights – 850mm to 2100mm
- Depths – 605mm and 755mm
- Widths – 560mm to 1410mm.
To maximise high density storage, the drawer selection is based on the size of the items you intend to store. There are five drawer heights (75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 225mm and 300mm). The drawers use single extension runners, which incorporate eight sealed bearings or 100% full extension runners capable of up to 200kg loads, depending on the drawer width. The 100% full extension runner ensures that the full drawer space is accessible.
The cabinets can be fitted with optional customised tops to provide a working surface that fits your application. Benchtop options include hardwood, stainless steel, tray tops with rubber mats, antistatic and laminate. Cabinets are supplied standard with adjustable levelling feet, and castors are available, providing a useful means of manoeuvring smaller, lighter load cabinets.
The high density storage accessories enable drawers to be partitioned into small compartments for maximum space utilisation. Drawer accessories include partitions, dividers, plastic bins, metal trays, tool supports, groove trays, and customised foam inserts.
