Mobile Tool Trolleys Support Workplace Safety and Efficiencies

Mobile tool trolleys are an excellent storage solution for workspaces like automotive workshops where tools and equipment need to be moved between areas. Manufactured to provide strength, the trolleys are available with 500mm or 1000mm width tops. The base is manufactured from 2mm zinc steel. The drawer cabinets and cupboards are manufactured from a 1.2mm zinc steel with ball bearing single extension runners providing a load capacity of 30kg per draw. They have a sturdy full-length aluminium handle with a black powder-coated surface finish. The top drawer includes an optional 21 piece plastic bin set, while additional drawers can be specified to include steel dividers and partitions forming multiple individual compartments. All drawers come with label holders and are key locking.

Lockable cupboards and drawers (key locking) can be used to store tools and small parts with easy access. The flush-mounted door has a 110° opening. The durable 40mm laminated HDF timber top can be used for mounting a vice or as a hardwearing working surface. A range of worktop surfaces is available, including laminated timber, hardwood, mild and stainless steel, and antistatic worktops.
A rear pegboard can be mounted by clamping two vertical mounting posts to the rear of the work surface, allowing tool hanging accessories to be used and standard plastic bins to be attached, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency. A full width, 120mm high, access compartment with a rubber mat and front and rear lip to keep tools from rolling away is also available
The mobile tool trolley station is fitted with two swivel braked (with brake pedal) and two fixed polyurethane non-marking castors. The trolley station has a total load capacity of 400kg.
